Describes a procedure in which maneuvering thrusters are used to put a ship into a wildly uncontrolled but stationary spin. The remainder of the ship's arsenal of missiles, torpedoes and ammunition are fired off in one continuous salvo. Often used as a last resort. Impossibly effective.
